Cancellation Policy

Booking: All mahjong lessons (online and in-person) must be booked 24+ in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Bookings are confirmed immediately upon payment. You will receive a confirmation email with lesson details, including location (for in-person sessions) or access instructions (for online sessions). Please ensure that all contact information is entered correctly so you can receive important updates. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the lesson are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your booking confirmation email or contact us directly. In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book a new time. Waitlist: If a lesson is fully booked, you may join the waitlist through our website. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants will be notified via email in the order they joined. You will have a limited time (typically 12–24 hours) to claim the open spot before it is offered to the next person on the list. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the lesson. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting other participants or scheduled sessions. Lessons will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Additional Notes: By booking a lesson, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
